IMX Grade – Eliminate carbonisation

IMX grade is especially designed to clean your machines if you have not cleaned in a long time. Are you struggling with old resin layers or do you have carbonisation in the barrel and on the screw? Use the new IMX grade in combination with NewEX.

IMX Grade Purging Compound Features

✔ Eliminates carbonisation & old resin layers without shut-downs.
IMX grade is designed to use in combination with our strongest scrubber, NewEX. This prevents the need to shut down the machine or pull the screw, keeping the uptime of the machine high. If you haven’t cleaned for a long time, IMX grade will get the job done.

✔ No manual cleaning needed
Because of the combination of NewEx and IMX grades, you also eliminate the need for manual cleaning, which is time-consuming work. There is also no flushing needed which leads to less waste being produced.

Tips for proper usage of ASACLEAN

  • For maximum performance, ASACLEAN should not be diluted with other materials.
  • ASACLEAN works best with maximum agitation – use the maximum safe screw speed and, for thermoplastic injection molding, also use maximum safe back pressure with the screw in the most forward position. (Mechanical Purge Grades).
