NewEX Grade – Universal Grade 50% Glass Fibre
NewEX is a grade on a PS basis which contains 50% glass fibre which provides the highest cleaning power of all grades. This grade is exceptionally well-suited to eliminate carbonised and burned material on screw and in the barrel.

NewEX Grade Purging Compound Applications*
NewEX grade’s processing temperature is 200°C to 330°C*
NewEX grade is not recommended for hot runner cleaning. It has an MFI of 3 (ISO R11133, 10 kg – 220°C). Need help identifying the Grade you need?

*If using material between 330-360°C, local ventilation is required.
